I’ve added to my process the practice of restorative yoga. Seems boring right? laying in a pose for a long period of time. I can’t tell you what it feels like when i leave that studio after this empowering hour and half of relaxing.
This practice allows my body to rest in positions that have rapidly accelerated my recovery process. Between the positions of the training and the breath work, I have had a noticeable increase in my energy and my body’s ability to heal itself!
It has become one of the most powerful hour and a half time blocks of my week!
I highly encourage and recommend this practice to you all (though I am a bit biased right now ;-)).
